Paint and sip classes are a great way to meet new people and socialize in a relaxed setting. You have the chance to chat with others while you paint, and the class atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
Plus, painting while sipping is just plain fun! You can enjoy sipping on your favorite beverage while creating something beautiful, and then take home your masterpiece as a reminder of the enjoyable experience.
KAMA’s paint and sip classes also offer the community a chance to meet KAMA artists, who volunteer to both teach the classes, and to organize and put on the classes. It’s one of the ways KAMA supports and promotes artists in the local community, while raising funds to run the association so it can continue to offer artistic experiences!
Because the classes are fundraisers for the association, participants are helping support the arts in Kalama! Doing so helps highlight the diversity of artists in the community, and helps make Kalama a destination for unique art experiences.
The arts have a long history of bringing people together, and we believe artists and art associations are an important resource in building a strong community.
